Investigators and scientific axis referents

Emmanuelle Bouzigon

is researcher at Inserm in Paris. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent of the Genetics, Epigenetics and Metabolomics axes.

Davide CAIMMI

is a doctor in pulmonology and allergology at the Montpellier University Hospital and co-manager of the Montpellier center for EGEA4. He is co-referent of the allergy axis.

Sébastien Chanoine

is a lecturer and hospital pharmacy practitioner at the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital. Within the EGEA cohort, he is co-referent of the Treatments, SNDS axis.

Florence Demenais

is a research director at Inserm in Paris. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent of the Genetics and Metabolomics axes.

Gilles Devouassoux

is a professor of pulmonology at the Hospices Civils de Lyon and head of the Lyon center. He is co-referent of the Respiratory Virus axis.

Orianne Dumas

is a researcher at Inserm, Villejuif. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent for the Professional Exhibitions and Domestic Exhibitions axes.

Jean Philippe EMPANA

is director of research at Inserm, in Paris. Within the EGEA cohort, he is co-referent of the Cardiovascular Health axis.

Judith Garcia-Aymerich

is director of research at IsGLOBAL in Barcelona. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent of the nutritional factors-obesity-physical activity axis.

Nicole Le Moual

is a research engineer at Inserm in Villejuif. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent for the Professional Exhibitions and Domestic Exhibitions axes.

Johanna Lepeule

is a research director at Inserm, Grenoble. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent of the Epigenetics, Air Pollution and Temperature-Green Spaces-Urban Context axes.

Bénédicte Leynaert

is a researcher at Inserm, Villejuif. Within the EGEA cohort, she is the referent for the Hormones and Internal Environment axes.

Rachel Nadif

is a researcher at Inserm, Villejuif. Within the EGEA cohort, she is in charge of research programs on inflammatory phenotypes of asthma, and on biological markers of interest in asthma.

Marion Ouidir

is a research fellow at Inserm, in Grenoble. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent for the Air Pollution and Cardiovascular Health axes.

Valérie Siroux

is a research director at Inserm in Grenoble. She is the principal investigator of the EGEA cohort since 2013 (following Francine Kauffmann who coordinated the study from 1991 to 2012). She is the referent for the Respiratory Phenotypes-Ventilation Function Trajectory and Exposome axes and is co-referent for the Allergy, Treatments-SNDS and Respiratory Virus axes.

Raphaëlle Varraso

is a researcher at Inserm, Villejuif. Within the EGEA cohort, she is co-referent of the nutritional factors-obesity-physical activity axis.

Davide Caimmi

Doctor in pulmonology and allergology at Montpellier University Hospital. As part of the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4), he is co-responsible for the Montpellier center.

Pascal Chanez

Professor of Pneumology at the Marseille University Hospital. He is in charge of the Marseille centre for the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4).

Bruno Degano

Professor of Pneumology at the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital. He is in charge of the Grenoble centre for the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4).

Pascal Demoly

Professor of Pneumology at the University Hospital of Montpelliers. As part of the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4), he is co-responsible for the Montpellier center.

Gilles Devouassoux

is a professor of pulmonology at the Hospices Civils de Lyon. As part of the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4), he is responsible for the Lyon center.

Camille Taillé

Professor of Pneumology at the Bichat Hospital in Paris. She is in charge of the Paris centre for the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4).

is an engineering assistant at Inserm in Grenoble. In the framework of the 30-year follow-up of the EGEA cohort (EGEA4), she is in charge of recontacting the participants of the cohort.

Anne Boudier

is a study engineer at the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital. She is in charge of database management, data processing and website maintenance.
